Hi, I'm Melissa, founder of Elite Nanny CV.

Before starting my business, I spent over 10 years working as a nanny myself. During that time, I worked with children of different ages, built strong relationships with families and experienced first-hand the challenges that come with finding the right role.

After becoming a mum, I started helping other nannies with their CVs and quickly realised that many experienced childcare professionals struggle to talk about themselves on paper or feel confident during interviews. That's where Elite Nanny CV began.

Today, I support nannies, au pairs and other childcare professionals with CV writing, interview preparation and one-to-one career coaching. Whether you're applying for your first role, returning to nannying after a break or looking for a change, my aim is to provide honest advice and practical support based on real industry experience.

Everything is completed personally by me, and I love helping people feel more confident and prepared throughout their job search.
