How do you write my CV?

Once you've placed your order, I'll contact you within 1 working day. I'll ask you to complete a short form covering your experience, qualifications and work history, and we'll arrange a phone or video call at a time that suits you.

During our conversation, I'll ask further questions to understand your background, strengths and the type of role you're looking for. This helps me create a CV that reflects your experience and personality.

Your first draft will then be delivered within the stated timeframe, and revisions are included until you're happy with the final version.

Why hire a CV writer?

What information do I need to provide?

How long will my CV take?

My standard turnaround time is 3 to 4 working days for the first draft, with any further edits completed within 3 working days. If you need your CV urgently, I also offer a 24-hour express service for an additional fee.

Can I book coaching without a CV rewrite?

Absolutely. Coaching sessions can be booked on their own, and many clients come to me for interview preparation, career advice or help deciding their next steps without needing a new CV.

Sessions are tailored to you and can cover topics such as interview preparation, confidence, salary expectations, trial days, contracts and navigating different types of nanny roles.

Can I come back when I've started a new role?

Absolutely. I'm always happy to update existing CVs to include new experience, qualifications or achievements. Existing clients receive discounted update rates.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only considered before work has started on your order. Orders cancelled within 14 days are subject to a £10 administration fee. Once work has begun, orders are non-refundable. Coaching sessions are also non-refundable.

To ensure projects are completed efficiently, all information requested must be provided and revisions completed within 30 days of placing your order. Orders that remain inactive beyond this period may be considered closed, and any further work may be subject to an additional fee.
