How Does it Work?

First, we will ask you to send over any previous CV and cover letter you currently have and to fill in a brief form on your experience and qualifications so far along with what sort of childcare role you are looking for and some questions for me to get to know you.

We can then schedule a 30 minute or1-hour long video or phone call at a time that suits you.

Our one-to-one coaching session will be tailored to your specific goals, from identifying what sort of childcare role you want, to knowing how to market yourself in a crowded job market and how to perform your best in interviews.

We will focus on identifying your individual strengths and areas for improvement. We will identify your ideal childcare job role and how we can achieve this. We will then rehearse mock interviews so you can practise common and challenging interview questions in a realistic setting. Before ending on strategies to ensure you leave a strong lasting impression on your interview and feel confident in preparation for your meetings with families.
