What to Expect

Once your order is placed, I will ask you to send over your current CV if you have one, along with a short form covering your experience, qualifications and the type of childcare role you are aiming for.

We will then arrange a brief video or phone consultation to clarify your goals and ensure I fully understand how you would like to position yourself. This allows me to craft a CV and cover letter that genuinely reflect your strengths and experience.

Your professionally written CV and tailored cover letter will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days in PDF format for you to review. Revisions are included to ensure you are completely happy with the final result. Any further edits after that will be completed within a maximum of 3 working days per revision.

You can choose between a focused 45-minute session or a more in-depth 90-minute strategy session. The 90-minute option can also be split into two 45-minute sessions if you would prefer time to implement feedback or prepare ahead of interviews.

Your coaching session is fully tailored to you and may include:

• Reviewing your new CV and cover letter with live feedback

• Clarifying your ideal childcare role and career direction

• Practising realistic mock interviews

• Handling tricky topics such as pay, duties, contracts or trial days

• Building confidence and managing interview nerves

• Strengthening your communication and professional presence

• Mapping out clear next steps in your job search

• Dedicated time for your individual questions

After your session, you will receive a typed summary of our discussion, including key feedback and action steps so you can move forward with clarity.

For nannies with over 10 years of experience, there is an additional £10 charge to reflect the extra level of detail and time required to showcase your career properly.

Sessions are currently available by appointment on weekends.
